Vorinistat

Vorinostat (Zolinza®) is a chemotherapy medicine prescribed for the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma in people age 18 and older. Although it is not a cure for this cancer, vorinostat may help minimize skin problems caused by this form of lymphoma.
 
Vorinostat comes in capsule form and is taken once daily with food. Diarrhea, nausea, and a loss of appetite are among the possible side effects.
