Vetiligo

Were you looking for information about Vitiligo? Vetiligo is a common misspelling of vitiligo.

Vitiligo is a type of pigmentation disorder that causes white patches of skin and gray hair on the body. Although the causes of the disorder are unknown at this time, researchers believe it may be linked to certain autoimmune diseases and a family history of the disorder. However, just because someone has risk factors, it does not mean he or she will develop the condition. In fact, most people who develop vitiligo have no risk factors. Treatment options can include medications, surgery, and UVA light.
