Staf Infection
Were you looking for information on a Staph Infection? Staf infection is a common misspelling of staph infection.
Staphylococcus bacteria ("staph") can affect virtually any part of the body and cause a wide range of infections; however, the skin is the area most commonly affected. When a staph infection occurs, it often manifests as a red bump that resembles a spider bite in appearance.
The treatment options for this type of infection will depend on the severity of the symptoms and the specific strain of Staphylococcus bacteria causing the illness. Generally, milder cases do not require antibiotics and can be treated with warm compresses and other remedies.
