Imiquimod Cream Information

Available in the form of a skin cream, imiquimod (Aldara®, Zyclara®) is a medication prescribed for the treatment of the following skin conditions:
 
Specifically, Aldara is approved for use in all three skin problems, while Zyclara is only approved to treat actinic keratosis and external genital or perianal warts.
 
This product is usually applied at bedtime, left on for about eight hours, and washed off in the morning.
