Flurandrenolide Lotion Information

Flurandrenolide lotion (Cordran® Lotion) is used to treat poison ivy, eczema, and many other skin conditions. This product is applied to the affected areas of the skin two to three times a day. Though generally well tolerated, this medication can cause burning, itching, dryness, and other side effects.

Before starting treatment, it's a good idea to review the medication's safety information with your healthcare provider. While most people do not have any problems while using this medication, flurandrenolide lotion is not suitable for everyone. For instance, you may not be able to use it safely if you have certain allergies or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product may also react with certain drugs, so make sure your healthcare provider is aware of all other medicines, vitamins, and supplements you are taking.
