What Is Clobetasol Propionate Foam?Clobetasol propionate foam (Olux®) is a prescription skin medication. It belongs to a group of medications known as topical steroids. It comes in the form of a regular foam (Olux) or an emollient foam (Olux-E). The regular foam contains alcohol and can be somewhat drying. The emollient foam is alcohol-free and is less drying.
Are There Side Effects?Just like any medicine, clobetasol propionate foam may cause side effects. However, not everyone who uses the drug will experience problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well.
