Cinryze Side Effects
If you are using Cinryze and experience severe vomiting, difficulty breathing, or a sudden and severe headache, contact your healthcare provider right away. Potentially serious problems can occur with this prescription drug, so it is important to know which reactions require urgent medical treatment. Other possible side effects of Cinryze include nausea, a rash, and itching.
Just like any medicine, Cinryze® (C1 esterase inhibitor) can cause side effects. However, not everyone who uses the medication will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If reactions do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider.

Cinryze has been studied extensively in clinical trials. In these studies, the side effects that occurred in a group of people given the drug were carefully documented and compared to those that occurred in a similar group of people given a placebo (an injection with no active ingredients). As a result, it was possible to see what side effects occurred, how often they appeared, and how they compared to the placebo.
