What If I Overdose on Cinryze?

An overdose with Cinryze could increase the risk for potentially dangerous blood clots. Seek immediate medical attention if you believe you may have received too much.

How Should This Medicine Be Stored?

Cinryze should be stored refrigerated or at room temperature, in its original carton, and protected from light. Do not allow the medication to freeze.
 
Cinryze must be dissolved in Sterile Water for Injection before use. You can get Sterile Water for Injection, and the other supplies you need to safely prepare and use Cinryze, such as needles, syringes, and a sharps container, from your pharmacist.
 
Once prepared, Cinryze can be stored at room temperature and must be used within three hours. If you do not use it within three hours of mixing, throw it away. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children and pets.
 

What Should I Do If I Miss a Dose?

Contact your healthcare provider if you forget a dose of this medication. Your healthcare provider will instruct you on what to do.

Cinryze is available in one strength: Cinryze 500 units per single-use vial.
